My object is an xbox 360 it is a very elaborated and hi tech object , that has been firstly design to be able to play video games . Playing game is not the only function of this incredible object because you can also use it as a dvd player or as a storing device. The of the 360 was well thought because for the people that are use to use those kind of gaming system it is very easy to adapt there self to that new model. Even if it is easier for people that are use to it , it also very easy to use for people that don’t have any experience with gaming device. The few only problem would be that not every games are compatible with every xbox because the games are signed with a region code that is attribute to every continent. A other problem would be that if you want to join your friends and play online you need to buy a extra cable and pay for a subscription every year. But it is also well thought that it can be considered as a family object because either for the dvds, or because of a large choice of games.

Walls
Walls are useful and simple. They create geographical and occasionally social borders, which is bad sometimes as they create boundaries between people. However, they protect privacy and property, and keep unwanted visitors out. They have a simple design and can be made by many materials. They can be decorated and/or edited easily with windows or paint, and they might be created in different variations as slanting walls, or curves in them.

The object that I chose is the plasma television. I have a plasma television and love it. Compared to the older styles of television the plasma television does not even compare, for it has a lot of more advantages then the old ones. They are selling more and more now a day. It has a high resolution, which others TV can’t even compare to. Another key advantage to the plasma television is its design and art. It is thin, flat-screened, and sometimes only inches thick. Also it is much lighter than older televisions, making it easier to move. And it saves space, for it can be placed on the wall or on top of a table. They also offer a widescreen, which is a lot bigger than normal televisions, making watching it a lot better and more interesting. Its brightness is uniform, not affecting your eyes as much. Many plasma televisions, like mine, can move angles making it easier to adapt on an environment. There is no image distortion or reflection, because it is a flat screen. Also you can connect your computer, camera, and many other objects in your plasma television.
This object does have some disadvantages like its price, for it is a very expensive object. Still the prices have fallen dramatically since the plasma television first came out, making it a lot more accessible. Also with all the advantages it is normal that this TV is not cheap. Even though this television it is not very light, it is still lighter than most televisions, and because due to its side there would be no other way of making it even lighter. Plasma television are very fragile due to its technology, so extreme care should be taken, as to not drop it, so when moving it around ask a person for help.

THE GOOD:
The object that I chose was my Playstation 3, not just because it is a huge part of my life but also because it allows me to play video games with my friends from all over the world using the Playstation network, which by the way is free. It also allows me to watch movies in Blu-ray hi-def and listen to music. Because the ps3 also uses both wi-fi and cable it allows me to play in any room around the house with virtually lag free internet. The user also has the option of using the internet explorer. The ps3 comes with 4 USB ports so that the user can play music of their I pod, save video/music on to the hard drive, and in my case charge your phone.
THE BAD:
I am happy to say that the ps3 does not have as much problems as the Xbox 360, but unfortunately it is heavy to carry around if you are like me and want to take it every where you go. But this can easily be solved by buying the slimier version whenever available for purchase. Also it doesn’t have that curve design that the Xbox has.

Modern day Refrigirators
Modern day refrigirators, have a very sleek design. It is very easy to use. It is used to keep items fresh enough that they can be consumed. The newly designed fridges have multi purposes they can be used as a freezer, a fridge, a water fillter, and an ice maker. Which is very appealing because with a one time purchase all of these items will be aviliable. Fridge are avalible in many different styles, designs, and sizes. For example the fridges, and the freezers can be either divided horizontally or vertically.

Bottles
• The object I chose which is a bottle is very helpful because it can contain almost any liquid
• Bottles are also useful because they stop a lot of messes from happening
• Another way my object is helpful is because it saves a lot of manual labor in terms of people having to go out to a lake or some outside water source just to have a drink of water
• Also my object is helpful because it can be small enough to fit in your pocket or big enough to supply an entire city
• My object also keeps liquids clean and in a well preserved manner, also it makes transportation easier and faster
• One bad thing that I would point out is that bottles are made of plastic which isn’t durable
• Also plastic bottles can take a long time to break down and become reusable
• Finally pollution due to an excess amount of bottles not being recycled has been a problem for a while now.

My Electrical Door Knob
I chose the electrical door knob because I thought it was a simple technology which saves time and energy, also there are some negatives to it which I will be explaining but overall it is a useful technology. I have it at my house and I think it is one of the simplest technologies. It looks simple but to make it it’s complicated, coding the numbers for the right card. Because each card has its own number. I like it because I don’t have to carry keys every time I go to my room. I just have to have my card which stays downstairs. But I’ve had to renew my card many times or in other ones just buy new one from the company (which my mom buys).
Why is it helpful (Positives)?
• Easy to open (all you do is insert your card)
• Saves time and energy.
• Prevents you from carrying keys.
• You can keep it in your wallet as a credit card.
• Prevents Theft by 99.9 %
Why is it bad (Negatives)?
• You might lose the card
• Doesn’t work without electricity
• Card is easy bendable. (Once its bent, it wont work)
• Once card gets water on the brownish part; won’t work anymore.

Cell Phone: Samsung D900i
The Samsung D900i is an mp3/phone with a 3 megapixel camera with autofocus properties and various sizes. It has an Internal Memory of 70MB and possibilities of an external memory chip. Its keypad is flat, easy to use. And when you first buy it, the standard language is English. It uses a theme to call numbers. And it sends all types of messages. The package comes with free earphones to plug in to the phone. The sound quality is ok, not great though. On the keypad, you have options for shortcuts. These shortcuts allow you to go to your most frequented applications and programs on the phone. You have 8 slots to fill including the “my menu” space. For easy access to the camera it has a button on the right side just above the earphone/battery plug. This takes you directly to the camera. The camera has video capability as well and a flash photo systems in addition to several options on how to take your picture. It can do multiple functions at once and of course has Bluetooth capability. With Blue tooth, one can connect to a Bluetooth enabled computer and all other appliances that use a Bluetooth connection (e.g. Insignia headphones). Currently I have a 2 GB SD micro memory chip in it, though it can hold any size of SD micro chip. For music files, it plays everything from wma, mp3, and m4a files. The phone comes in quad band and is very durable in terms of frequent drops.
However, this phone has its weaknesses. First off, it can overheat, in which case it shuts off immediately. When running too many applications at once, the phone freezes. When accessing a memory card, it takes a long time to see all of the photos. Music can be seen in the memory card however, you must add the music a playlist to play the files without having to play them one by one. The Stereo system is not fit for playing music unless you have earphones. The earphones are also inconvenient when having to charge the phone. This is because both charger and earphones use the same type of plug. Thus you have to choose either the earphones or the charger. Otherwise, this is a very convenient tool to use and have at hand.

Xbox 360
The product I used and owned is my Xbox 360. The things I liked about it are things like the whole outside of the Xbox is like scratch resistant so it makes your Xbox look newer for longer. The starting lobby or menu is very simple to use, you just move the left analogue left or right to change the menu you’re in then up or down to choose I that menu. I like the way the controllers look, the way they look like one thing and not so many contours, it just makes the controller seem simpler. I like the way the two shooting buttons resemble triggers on a gun, this makes all the shooting games seem just abit more real.
The things yanick’s said could be wrong were that the controllers use battery packs with real batteries so if they ran out it wouldn’t be nice to have to go find new ones, but my solution to that is you can get a cable that charges the controller batteries as you play. Another disadvantage that people talk about it is that other rival platforms have exclusive games but so does Xbox. The fact that it has no keyboard can be easily fixed by the new controller with a QWERTY keyboard on it.
